Gephi used the DCVS Bazaar and the platform Launchpad. The current repository is now hosted on GitHub, this means you can get there the most up to date code, but it may be unstable.
Localization
Localization is available in French, Spanish, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian,Chinese and Czech. In Gephi, simply go to Tools -> Languages to switch.
