GeneralActionsManipulator	Manipulator for general actions that don't need to obtain any data before being executed.
PluginGeneralActionsManipulator	This interface defines the same service as GeneralActionsManipulator, with one only change: the actions are shown in a drop down panel as plugins, to tell the difference between normal, basic general actions in data laboratory and plugins.
