[Gephi-plugins] Adding Modified Dynamic Statistics Plugin

Hi,

At my lab, we have use a sliding window for all dynamic statistics we
experiment (without Gephi). I discussed a bit about it with Cezary
some months ago, and we agreed that Gephi should implement a sliding
window.
