[Gephi-plugins] IMPORTANT - Github migration

Joshua,

I don't think we migrated this branch to GitHub, as the code in the branch
has been partly integrated with the trunk and the dynamic metric feature
was part of the 0.8 beta release.

Please consult the API Index (http://gephi.org/docs) for the state of the
Dynamic API.
